Expected arrival for all participant: 9 a.m.

Breakfast : 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Inauguration and welcome performance till 10.30 a.m.

First slot for kids performance: 10.30 a.m. till 12.00 p.m.

Lunch 12.00 till 01.00

Second slot for kids performance: 01.00 till 2.30 p.m.

Third slot for kids performance: 02.30 till 04.00 p.m.

Thanksgiving and fun games till 05.00 p.m.

This is a high-level time estimation and schedule which we are trying to adhere. Besides that, we have planned a group performance for all of us so spare some time for practice.
