- Expected arrival for all participant at WTP, Nigadi: 10:00 a.m.
- Breakfast : 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
- Arrival at Dnyan Prabodhani School Hall, 11:30 a.m.
- Inauguration and Deep Prajalan 12.00 noon.
- Opening performance by Snhehalay (Sparsh) Orchestra: 00.15 p.m. till 01.15 p.m.
- First slot kids performance: 01.15 p.m. till 2.00 p.m.
- Lunch 2.00 till 2:30 p.m.
- Second slot for kids performance: 02.30 till 06:00 p.m.
- Thanksgiving and Snacks and Departure 06:00 p.m.
